Location
The Kooline tenement is located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia near the township of Tom Price. The Pilbara is one of the principal mining areas of Australia. Historic information and recent exploration indicates high grade silver, lead ore on the tenement.

The tenement covers an area of approximately 47 square kilometres

Lease
The lease EO8/1515 was granted on 24 January 2007 and is yearly renewable subject to minimum statutory exploration commitments being met.

Local Partner
GMDC wholly owned subsidiary Australian Metal Explorations has an option to acquire a 100% interest by 31 December 2008.
